FAQ's

How long are your visits?
If we are feeding your pets we will stay for ½ hour to keep them company.

What if my pet gets sick whilst I am away?
We would contact you first, and take them to the vet for you. If we could
not get hold of you we would use our discretion as to whether they need
immediate help.. There would be an extra nominal charge for this.

What if my pet is on medication?
We can administer medication for all pets. We frequently administer insulin injections.

Can I have references before using your service?
Yes of course, just let us know.

Do I need to supply all my own food etc?
Yes, please make sure adequate food, bedding, and litter are supplied.

Do you walk dogs off the lead?
Only if we get to know you dogs really well, and we would need written
permission from yourselves.

Do you walk dogs that don’t like to mix with other dogs?
Yes, as long as they like humans!!
